When trying to open my web site I get the following error when I double click on the yellow exclamation mark:

Character 29
Error: Syntax error

Can anyone tell me the problem and how to resolve it?

Ok, I know I built the page but not sure what I did. Can you tell me how exactly I find that particular line and character. Im such a ditz.

What language did you write it in...HTML?
What Editor did you make it with?


Open the page and Click VIEW>SOURCE
Count down 29 lines...

I tried to enter the html here but I get a message saying the html tags I am trying to submit are not allowed. Geesh

What's your URL? I'll take a look at it for you.

If you used a program like FrontPage or something like that, and YOU entered the code, it's probable that you just missed something.

ie.

img src="http://www.mysite.com/mypic.jpg" width="xxx" height="xxx"

You might have something like

img src=http://www.mysite.com/mypic width=xxx height=xxx

The difference is: the quotation marks say; " "http://mysite.com/mypic.jpg" is ONE file. "

So you gotta always have them in there. Or perhaps you forgot the < >'s.
