All versions of Window XP and 2003 including 32 bit and 64 bit

Trouble installing Flash on ME

Everytime the pop-up window comes up, asking me to install, I agree, it takes me to the site "Click here to install".. I wait for the license agreement to show, agree to it.. then that window always stops responding, flash is never installed.

Any advice?
