IE SCREEN NOT SHOWING

When i launch the internet the blue tab at the top shows the page but there is no screen. i can use the net through msn exploerr. But though Internet explorer it is wrong. I have used hi jack this and maybe i have deletted somthing by mistake???/


can anyone please help Thank you!
please help just a begginer!!
