Unreadable Boot Sector

Hey
my 2nd hard drive keeps messing up now since i reformatted to NTFS
it is really annoying it has all my setup files on and now the first boot sector is unreadable and casuing it not to work at all
any suggestions?

I'd run a surface scan - it sounds as though you may have some bad sectors :(
