I can't access my email, keep getting the message "outlook expess could not be started because Msoe.dll could not be loaded".

Not a total novice, always manage to figure things out.....eventually.

Windows 98 :)

Microsoft has an artical about this problem, you can read it here
After reading through the artical, you will have to edit your registry but the artical walks you through it step by step.

I so appreciate your help. :)

After working all day, I really didn't want to mess with the registry unless I absolutely had to, so I decided to try uninstalling and re-installing first.

That worked just fine, I'm back in my email. :)

Thanks for both repliies.
