What do you call it and how do I do it?

Postby badpolarbear » Wed Mar 17, 2004 6:21 pm

I am trying to figure out how to do something and whats its called exactly.

I have a button called Acknowledgements and I have a page built called helpers. This is a page that will have links to all the people who have helped me along the way. How do I link the page to the button? I hope that is clear enough. Daniel

I'm not positive of what you are asking. But I will take a guess that you are asking that if you have a picture (or button) that you want someone to click on and it takes them to a website?
(\__/) This is Bunny.

Re my question

Postby badpolarbear » Wed Mar 17, 2004 8:29 pm

How about this:

I have a button. I want it so that when some one clicks on the button that it takes them to a page with links on it.

Its like this, when I click on the button the page comes up blank because I havent linked the button to the page I have set up. The button is called acknowledgements and the page is called Helpers. So what I need to do is set it up so that when I click on the button it takes me to the page. I hope that is clearer. Daniel

<a href="helpers.html"><img src="imagename.xxx" border="0"
alt="whatever you type here will display when you hover over the pic"></a>

replace imagename.xxx with the filename of your button
