Office2003 / Word / Wordart problem

Postby noby » Mon Mar 08, 2004 12:03 pm

hi,
I recently did a clean install of XP Pro on a new disc, and installed also the new Office 2003. All works fine, I can print text and so on normally. Only when I use Word Art, it refuses to print, feeds a paper, and stops. Sometimes when I pwr off/on the printer, it prints, sometimes not. The same printer prints the same file on a Win 98 machine with officeXp PRo normally.
Does anybody has a clue as to what is going on here and how to correct it?

After installing Windows XP on the PC did you get the Windows XP printer drivers for your printer from the manufacture to use to install the printer or did the install software for your printer already have the Windows XP drivers on it?

Did you upgrade the Printer's drivers with ones that are WinXp compatable?
