Rotten tool bar.

Hi to all. Since I had my first Computer 3 years ago I must have moved my tool bar 20 times into different places on my screen.Sometimes by accident, But after fiddling around I have always got it back to the bottom and narrow as I like it!
But not this time. It is along the top of my screen and although I can stretch it downwards I cannot move it to either side or to the bottom!
I Have Win XP Prof.
Cheerio.

Left click and hold on a blank spot on the tool bar and drag and drop it.

Right Click on the Toolbar and make sure "Lock the Toolbar" is not checked.
