help with installing win98se on my lappy

hey how is everyone?
i have windows 98 on my laptop and i want to install 98se on it. i only have a win 98se installer disc not an update
is my best form of action to format my hard drive and go from scratch if so how do i do that coz ive tryed and cant seem to figure it out
or to find a win98se update disc
any help would be apreciated
