unable to connect with IE or firefox

[Koozie]

Neighbor has lost ability to connect with IE or firefox. Based on his log, looks like rapid antivirus is the culprit. Here's his logfile.

Ok, i actually went and looked at his pc and was able to fix the lsp error. He is now able to connect to internet but has some nasty stuff going on. For some reason when we tried to run spybot, it comes up with a floating point object error and we can't do a spybot scan. Here's the hijackthis logfile i got just now.

Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.

Do not exit Combofix while it is running you my loose all your personal settings!
Important Note - Do not mouseclick combofix's window while it's running, that may cause it to stall.

When it's done running it will produce a log for you. Please post that log in your next reply.
