Attention Signal Frequency Is Out of Range

Hello everyone. My first post here. All of a sudden today, i got a black screen with red lettering saying "Attention Signal Frequency Is Out of Range FH > 28.0Khz FV>H7 Please Change Signal Timing". What exactly do I need to do? I never got this message before.

did you run a virus scan?

Try http://housecall.antivirus.com/ a free web based virus scanner.

Other than that, do you have a TV tuner card or a FM tuner card installed?
