Format and Reinstall

I have come to the conclusion that one of my older systems really needs a clean install.

Over the years it's had hundreds of programs installed and uninstalled and some reinstalled.
In the day it was my personal system, now it's the backup system for all our other work systems.
That system is like an old friend it's been running the same install for 6 1/2 years!

I'm also worried that my windows folder is much more than both of yours...

Also, the 'systeminfo' command doesn't work for me. Any ideas why?

msinfo32.exe

I would agree. I usually format/reinstall my machines every year. You'd be amazed at how fast they run. Even though it takes a few hours to reload everything, I usually end up saving time in the long run by not having to deal with headaches of the old config.
