Let's see if you are being assigned an ip.
With you system connect to the your internet:
Click Start and select Run.
Type:
cmd and press enter
In the command box that comes up type.
ipconfig /all and press enter (note space between the g and the /)

When it stops right click in the command box and select "Mark"
Now using your mouse click hold and highlight all the text in the command box and then press enter.
That copies the text, now paste it into your reply.

Your system is not being assigned an IP from your modem/router.

I would suspect that you network card is the culprit, either the card/chipset is bad or the drivers are corrupt.

You could try removing it from your device manager and then reboot and let windows reinstall it.

I did that and it still didn't work.... I am pretty sure that it's not the device being bad..... Think it's still a hardware issue.

OK, then lets try booting into safe mode with networking.

Reboot into Safe mode with networking:
Restart Windows after you see the BIOS screen or maker splash screen and before Windows starts to load.
Start tapping the F8 key. The Windows Advanced Options Menu appears.
Use the Arrow key to ensure that the Safe Mode with Networking option is selected.
Press Enter. The computer then begins to start in Safe mode.

Once it loads see if you can connect.
If you can then you are right, it's some malware leftover, I have other tools that we can try.

If not then I am most likely right and you will need a new nic card.

Ok, well I have motherboard with 2 ports on it and the bottom port says connected and everything, but it doesn't let the interent work. There's just something that makes me believe it's drivers or firmware and not the actual product. It could be though, I will try to go grab a card soon.
