So what is going on in your life?

We all have those special times in life when everything that can happen will happen. At this time I have just a few projects at work

Company is moving to a new facility
new phone system RFP and review
Teledata cable vendor RFP
Process of hiring a SQL DBA and a Network Engineer
Just finished our first major release of an inhouse replacement for our claims system. (c# .net front end with sql backend) 1.5 years in the making.

I'm just one man! :D

Personal:

midst of selling my house
remodling kitchen in said house
first stages of a divorce (wife and I gave it another shot and it didnt work)

Whew :).

WAN upgrade.
LAN upgrade.
NT 4 to AD upgrade.
Exchange 5.5 to 2003 upgrade.

All due in 5 weeks and 3 days.

My boss is hiring me a new boss instead of making me the boss (nice huh?)

Personal, got tons of outside obligations I volunteered to do. Also remodeling the house. Grandmother had leg cut off. Mother is having a kidney removed and she lives 3000 miles away.

Wife never sees me.

I never see me.

Other then that, nothing.

I have ten, 6 and 8 layer circuit boards that have to be completely redesigned, adding 2 layers and 7 components to each board, with controlled impedance circuitry for anti-jamming. Two circuit board designs are due each week for the next five weeks.

One week after delivery of each redesign, the component pick and place programming for automatic board population is due for each circuit board.

Next week I have small claims court for a $1500.00 bounced check I received from a company that I use to do work for.

Personal, my Mom’s house has sold and I have to empty the house of all contents by Feb 1st. We are also building a new house out of state and I have to make a trip out there as soon as I can make time.

Nothing a few 20 hour days can’t solve.

We should clone ourselves - I'm sure we can figure it out ;).

Gecko,

what are the boards used for?

NaTaS,

For security reasons I cannot say what they are for,
but all the boards are round
and have to do with laser and/or programmable guidance systems.

Cool - sounds like we've got high level MI5 people working here ;)

For me, life is OK atm - reasonably busy at work (just finishing off my old work before starting on a new grant) and VERY busy at home since my little boy is now mobile which means he needs watching every waking hour!!
