Hello junaid911, welcome to our forums.

First lets have a look at what is being run on your system.
Please download HijackThis http://downloads.malwareremoval.com/hijackthis.zip and save it to your desktop.

To extract HijackThis:

1. Right-click your file HijackThis.zip and from the menu select "Extract All".
2. The Extraction Wizard Window will appear, Click "Next".
3. Click Browse and navigate to "C:\" or the "C:\Program Files" and click "Create A New Folder" and call it "HJT" or "HijackThis" or whatever that is easy to remember and then click OK.
4. Click the Extract button.
5. Close the HijackThis.zip dialogue box.

Now double-click on hijackthis.exe and when the window opens, Press the Scan now and save a logfile button and then when it is done, copy and paste the contents of the notepad it opens as a reply to this post.

junaid911,

Your log is clean, nothing that I can see that would be causing the corruption.

More than likely something has changed these names in the registry.
Seeing how you say it's only on your devices and not folders then it would be the below keys:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{E211B736-43FD-11D1-9EFB-0000F8757FCD}\AllDevices\shell\explore

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{E211B736-43FD-11D1-9EFB-0000F8757FCD}\AllDevices\shell\open

To edit these keys go to Start > Run and type "regedit" (without the quotes) then press enter.
First thing you want to do is backup the registry make sure "My Computer is select.
Click File and select Export remember where you save this backup just in case.

Now press the F3 key and type in AllDevices and press enter it should find the below key:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{E211B736-43FD-11D1-9EFB-0000F8757FCD}\AllDevices
Now click the plus sign (+) next to Shell in the left window
Right below Shell should be you misnamed Open and Explore folders.
Right click on them and select rename type in the names you want and exit out of the registry editor.

junaid911,

It might be possible that something on these drives themselves is causing it.

What are these others drives and what is on them?

junaid911,

Can you get a screen shot of the corrupted names?

The only thing I can think of at this point is to try and search the registry for the corrupted names.

junaid911,

I'm sorry but we do not have the ability to host uploaded images on this site.

You will need to use a site like to host the image.
Then you can link to the image using the code that Photobucket provides.
