who uses 800x600?

Postby 12Leonardo » Thu Apr 05, 2007 7:33 pm

I know most people these days use 1024x768 or even higher than that but does anybody here represent 800x600? I remember the good old days when my monitor was set to 8x6.

ugh hopefully you arent using or even thinking of using 800x600 again ...it can crash your computer if u have too much running it. haha it happened to me once. just froze up and then restarted.

lol, I had to set up my display @ 800x600 to play a really old game that wouldnt run on win xp, I had to set it to play the game like it was on Win 95. I wish I remembered what game it was, it was so GOOD. But like that was years ago, and my memory and hard drive have been erased many times over.

it wont crash your machine, just hue_jass's machine :)

i very much remember 800X600 being maxed out on a 14" Sony Trinitron and i cant say i miss it too much. I also remember playing games on a Tandy 1000 @ 640X480 running Tandy Personal Deskmate as a operating system. Thats back when windows 3.1 was an expensive option.
