PartyBoy,

Those event errors are two and three months old so they're not relevant.

The next time this happens, instead of resetting, turn it off and unplug it from the wall.
Wait at least 30 seconds and then plug it back in and start it up.

If it consistently resolves the problem there is a good chance that it's you power supply.

If it makes no difference then I would unplug it from the wall and open up the side cover.
Check every connection, cables, ribbons, even check your peripheral cards in their slots.

PartyBoy,

All those errors pertain to your NTPTime program not being able to resolve the domain name for your set http time server.

If you have NTPTime set as a windows service this could be the problem.

You could try change how often it checks to sync time and set it to never.
See if that resolves the lockups, it could also be the NTPTime program itself causing the lockup.
Follow for a step by step instruction on NTPTime's settings and controls.

Did you try running the system without any internet connection hooked up?
