As far as tech support sites go, in my opinion this is one of the best around.
The moderators here are knowledgeable and diverse in their areas of expertise.
The overall atmosphere is quite friendly and all are eager to help others resolve their problems.

We are small enough that the user gets a good response time and they don't fall through the cracks,
as I have seen on some of the other larger sites that I volunteer for.
