I cant turn off windows firewall ???

I'm running PC CIllin Internet Security and i had windows firewall turned off. I recently ran spybot s&d and removed something to do with windows firewall with it.

Now, windows firewall is turned on ( along with my PC CIllin firewall) and when I go to turn it off the options are greyed out and it wont let me. Is there any other way to sort this without doing a system restore ?

Spybot S&D does provide rollback capabilities called recovery, you may have to turn on advanced mode to see it.
Click on the Recovery button and put a check next to the item that was removed, near the top click "Recover selected items"
