Error when printing a shipping label

Hi cdamania, and welcome to our forums.

That sounds like it could be a sharing access problem to me.

Try going to Start > Control panel > Printers and Faxes > right click on your printer and select the Sharing tab.
Put a check next to "Share this printer" put a name in the Share name box and click apply and then OK.
