Hello Ghod7,

I'm not too sure what you are trying to describe with the word "tears".
Could you give me a little more of a description on what is it your are seeing.

Basically there are five things that could be causing a video problem:
Video card hardware failure
Video card drivers
Wrong video display settings
Monitor hardware
Monitor drivers

I would first try rebooting into safe mode:
Restart Windows after you see the BIOS screen and before Windows starts to load.
Start tapping the F8 key. The Windows Advanced Options Menu appears.
Use the Arrow key to ensure that the Safe Mode option is selected.
Press Enter. The computer then begins to start in Safe mode.

In safe mode the video drivers and monitor drivers are not loaded.
If the "rips" are not present then it is a driver or display setting issue.
You could have you display setting set higher than your monitor can handle.
Check that first, next update your video card drivers and your monitor drivers.
You might also check for a BIOS update for your motherboard.

If the "rips" are still present than most likely it a hardware problem.
