I've ran Spybot found nothing, ran ad-aware and cleaned whatever it found.
The problem I have is web pages load up choppy, lots of times I have to refresh it for the page to load completely, and also Ad-Aware does not update when I try to update it, it displays an error message.
heres my log

Your log is clean :)

You can download Ad-Aware updates directly from Lovasoft here:
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/download_and ... _database/

As for the "choppy" display of a web site:
What browser and version are you using?
What type of internet connection do tou have? (dial up, dsl, cable)
Does this happen with all web sites?

Yep, I think it was firefox, there was a couple of things that ad-aware got but it wasn't anything major. It was probably the firefox automated update that screwed up somehow. So every one should get the latest version of firefox. Its wierd that they dind't upgrade the 1.5 to 2.0 automatically
