Is your Anti-Virus blocking these Trojans? If not try Bit Defender, This in my opinion is THE best free Anti-Virus out there.

Please download , unzip it to it's own folder.
Start HijackThis and select 'Do a system scan and save a logfile'
Now post the contents of the logfile back into this thread

Please copy this to Notepad and print it. Make sure to work through the fixes in the exact order it is mentioned below. If there's anything that you don't understand, ask your question(s) before proceeding with the fixes.
You should not have any open windows when you are following the procedures below.

Reboot in to Safe mode:
Restart Windows after you see the BIOS screen and before Windows starts to load.
Start tapping the F8 key. The Windows Advanced Options Menu appears.
Use the Arrow key to ensure that the Safe Mode option is selected.
Press Enter. The computer then begins to start in Safe mode.

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and "End Task" or "End Process" on each of the following:
(They may or may not be there)
svchqs.exe
npkcsvc.exe

Turn off system restore by right clicking on My Computer and go to Properties->System Restore and check the box for Turn off System Restore. Click Apply and then OK. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.)
Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [jiahus] C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchqs.exe
O23 - Service: npkcsvc - INCA Internet Co., Ltd. - C:\WINDOWS\system32\npkcsvc.exe

Go to My Computer->Tools/View->Folder Options->View tab and make sure that 'Show hidden files and folders' is enabled. Also make sure that Display the contents of System Folders' is checked. Remember to reset these when done.
Delete the following Files/Folders if they exist:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchqs.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\npkcsvc.exe

If you cannot delete these file(s)then:
Start HijackThis and click the Open the misc tools section now click Delete a file on reboot
Select the following file to be deleted on reboot:

Click open but click no to reboot now do the same for each files:

Now, empty all your TEMP Folders, Temporary Internet Files Folder and then empty your Recycle Bin, reboot and post a new HiJackThis log.

You should be able to delete them on reboot through KillBox without ending their processes.

I put that in there as a default reply, try fixing with HijackThis and then use KillBox to delete the files on reboot,
on the last one select yes and the system will reboot upon reboot post a new hijackthis log back into this thread.

Your log is clean

You should be able to get into safe mode now
Reboot in to Safe mode:
Restart Windows after you see the BIOS screen and before Windows starts to load.
Start tapping the F8 key. The Windows Advanced Options Menu appears.
Use the Arrow key to ensure that the Safe Mode option is selected.
Press Enter. The computer then begins to start in Safe mode.

Once in safe mode run both your anti-virus and Ewido if either program can not delete a file use KillBox.

Let's try a different approach than using safe mode.

Run Ewido in regular mode, update it first and then run a full scan, quarantine everything it finds.
Make sure you save the report now open the saved report copy and paste the contents into this thread.

I'll read through it and then post instruction on how to eliminate the infection that is stopping you from using safe mode.

The only things that ewido found and removed were cookies.

What is the exact message your anti-virus is giving you?
