whats a good easy to use spam filter, to install, i use OUTLOOK EXPRESS for my emails and the filter on that isnt much use

I don't really keep up on spam filtering any more Comcast has a good server side one, that's all I use.

It all depends on what type of control you want, filtering or a permission-based approach.
