You have a number of infection that will take several stepes to remove them all.

Please copy this to Notepad and print it. Make sure to work through the fixes in the exact order it is mentioned below. If there's anything that you don't understand, ask your question(s) before proceeding with the fixes.

Please download to your desktop.
Double-click VundoFix.exe to extract the files.
This will create a VundoFix folder on your desktop.
After the files are extracted, please reboot your computer into Safe Mode.

Restart Windows after you see the BIOS screen and before Windows starts to load.
Start tapping the F8 key. The Windows Advanced Options Menu appears.
Use the Arrow key to ensure that the Safe Mode option is selected.
Press Enter. The computer then begins to start in Safe mode.

Once in safe mode Go to My Computer->Tools/View->Folder Options->View tab and make sure that 'Show hidden files and folders' is enabled. Also make sure that Display the contents of System Folders' is checked. Remember to reset these when done.
Delete the following Files/Folders if they exist:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\intell321.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\regscan.exe

open the VundoFix folder and doubleclick on KillVundo.bat

(2)You will first be presented with a warning,it should look like this:
VundoFix V2.13 by Atri
By using VundoFix you agree that you are doing so at your own risk
Press enter to continue....

At this point press Enter one time.

(3)Next you will see:
Type in the filepath as instructed by the forum staff
Then Press Enter, Then F6, Then Enter Again to continue with the fix.

At this point please type the following file path (make sure to enter it exactly as below!):
C:\WINDOWS\system32\d3ddca.dll
Press Enter, then press the F6 key, then press Enter one more time to continue with the fix.

(4)Next you will see:
Please type in the second filepath as instructed by the forum staff
Then Press Enter, Then F6, Then Enter Again to continue with the fix.

At this point please type the following file path (make sure to enter it exactly as below!):
C:\WINDOWS\system32\acdd3d.dll
Press Enter, then press the F6 key, then press Enter one more time to continue with the fix.

(5)The fix will run then HijackThis will open.
In HiJackThis, please place a check next to the following items and click FIX CHECKED:

O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [intell321.exe] C:\WINDOWS\system32\intell321.exe
O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Regscan] C:\WINDOWS\system32\regscan.exe
O16 - DPF: {00001023-A15C-11D4-97A4-0050BF0FBE67} (NetmarbleStarter23 Class) - http://download.netmarble.com/web/nmsta ... rter23.cab
O16 - DPF: {1D6711C8-7154-40BB-8380-3DEA45B69CBF}
O20 - Winlogon Notify: d3ddca - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\d3ddca.dll

After you have fixed these items, close Hijackthis and Press any key to Force a reboot of your computer.
Pressing any key will cause a "Blue Screen of Death" this is normal, do not worry!
Once your machine reboots please continue with the instructions below.

Empty all your TEMP Folders, Temporary Internet Files Folder and then empty your Recycle Bin.

Post a new HiJackThis log and the vundofix.txt file from the vundofix folder into this thread.

The message says something like "You are currently running in safe mode. Hit Yes to continue running in Safe Mode or hit No to boot up normally." Basically you want to hit Yes, which is usually selected by default, so if you can, try to hit Enter before the message goes away and you should boot into safe mode.

OK run Ewido again but this time set the action to be taken to quarantine for everything.

Then run a Hijackthis scan and post the log into this thread.

Please copy this to Notepad and print it. Make sure to work through the fixes in the exact order it is mentioned below. If there's anything that you don't understand, ask your question(s) before proceeding with the fixes.
You should not have any open windows when you are following the procedures below.

Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and "End Task" or "End Process" on each of the following:
(They may or may not be there)
regscan.exe
intell321.exe

Turn off system restore by right clicking on My Computer and go to Properties->System Restore and check the box for Turn off System Restore. Click Apply and then OK. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.)
Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

O18 - Filter: text/html - {2AB289AE-4B90-4281-B2AE-1F4BB034B647} - C:\PROGRA~1\RXTOOL~1\sfcont.dll
O20 - Winlogon Notify: d3ddca - d3ddca.dll (file missing)

Go to My Computer->Tools/View->Folder Options->View tab and make sure that 'Show hidden files and folders' is enabled. Also make sure that Display the contents of System Folders' is checked. Remember to reset these when done.
Delete the following Files/Folders if they exist:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\regscan.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\intell321.exe
C:\program files\RXTOOL~1\sfcont.dll

If you cannot delete these file(s)then:
Start HijackThis and click the Open the misc tools section now click Delete a file on reboot

Click open but click no to reboot now do the same for each of the following filesyou could not delete:

Now, empty all your TEMP Folders, Temporary Internet Files Folder and then empty your Recycle Bin, reboot and post a new HiJackThis log.
