My problem is IE is experiencing an issue and needing to shut down alot. Especially when I am in my Google Mail box and when I run Shadowbane. I also am unable to get updates from Microsoft. Thanks in advance for your help once more.

First of all HijackThis should not be run from a temp directory.
(C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\LOCALS~1\Temp\Temporary Directory 1 for hijackthis[1].zip\HijackThis.exe)
Please extract the hijackthis.zip file to your desktop like this.
C:\DOCUME~1\Owner\Desktop\HJT\HijackThis.exe
Once you are running HJT from a permeate folder Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

Now, empty all your TEMP Folders, Temporary Internet Files Folder and then empty your Recycle Bin, reboot.
Now try and see if you can go to Microsoft’s update and update windows.
Then post a new HiJackThis log.

Ok, I followed your instructions precisely this time. After trying to get the windows updates I recieved the following message.
Files required to use microsoft update are no longer registered or installed on your computer. To continue:
Register or install the files for me now
Let me read more steps that might be required to solve this problem
The "register" choice appears to work then dumps me out on the same screen in the end to try again.
The " Let me read more" choice comes up with a search that gains nothing.

Please copy this to Notepad and print it. Make sure to work through the fixes in the exact order it is mentioned below. If there's anything that you don't understand, ask your question(s) before proceeding with the fixes.
You should not have any open windows when you are following the procedures below.
Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and "End Task" or "End Process" on each of the following:
(They may or may not be there)
npkcsvc.exe
Turn off system restore by right clicking on My Computer and go to Properties->System Restore and check the box for Turn off System Restore. Click Apply and then OK. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.)
Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:
O23 - Service: npkcsvc - INCA Internet Co., Ltd. - C:\WINDOWS\system32\npkcsvc.exe
Go to My Computer->Tools/View->Folder Options->View tab and make sure that 'Show hidden files and folders' is enabled. Also make sure that Display the contents of System Folders' is checked. Remember to reset these when done.
Delete the following Files/Folders if they exist:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\npkcsvc.exe
If you cannot delete this file:
Start HijackThis and click the Open the misc tools section now click Delete a file on reboot
Select the following file to be deleted on reboot:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\npkcsvc.exe
Click open and click yes to reboot now
After the reboot and post a new HiJackThis log.
