HijackThis - sending log

HijackThis - sending log

I ran HijackThis & save log, followed your directions for "select all" "copy" "paste", but nothing happens. I've also run Ad-Aware. Still getting the "bestsafetyguide.com" as my homepage, & still can't download PDF files. What else can I do?
