Random Crashes

Postby jpmarques » Tue Feb 07, 2006 2:59 am

I recently bought an ACER laptop, and have been very happy with it, however I-ve been experiencing some crashes for no aparent reason! I-ve seen some similar threads so I-m providing some of the info that was requested there.

Event Log:

Event: Error
Source: Service Control Manager
ID: 7000
Date: 06-02-2006
time: 23:38:15
Computer: ACER-6F41F6F6C8
Description:
The service Nsynas32 failed to load due to the following error:
The system cannot find the file specified.

I also have some other ocurrences at Event Log, but they are not errors, just warnings!

Could anyone please help me?

Thanks in advance

From what I could find nsynas32.sys is part of Internet Protection Hardware Driver or Internet Proctection Hardware Driver
From Syncrosoft Hard- und Software GmbH, their web site is http://www.syncrosoft.com

You can download nsynas32.sys from here:
http://thesystemzone.free.fr/LIBRARIES/Libraries.htm

It should be placed into C:\Windows\System32\drivers\

Thanks for your answer Gecko! I downloaded the .sys file, and extracted it to the folder you mentioned, however there was already one there!

I-m a bit confused! Would a mini-dump file help you determine my problem!

Thanks again!

Let's get a HijackThis log first:
Please download , unzip it to it's own folder.
Start HijackThis and select 'Do a system scan and save a logfile'
Now post the contents of the logfile back into this thread
