PICTURE EDITING PROGRAM

Im looking for a pictureprogram thats easy to use, and has the options to be able to cut section out of the picture and then join the two existing bits back together. eg cut someone out of a group etc etc, im quite the lamen when it comes to editing/cutting pictures, i have a few applications but prefer to use MS photo editor, if someone could suggest an easy to use program or maybe how to do it in MS photo editor, i would be very grateful...............

I would suggest Adobe Photoshop. It's really, really good. As far as easy to use, it is easy once you know what everything does and where it is.

I'll be more than willing to help you out with any problems you come across (hopefully) so if you do get it and need help feel free to ask.

I'm sure other people will too.

Lol well i wouldnt call it easy. You can do tones though, so its probally what you are after.

Well it is easy if you know what everything does. But it's hard if you don't.
