It looks like you have a trojan.
Please download , unzip it to it's own folder.
Start HijackThis and select 'Do a system scan and save a logfile'
Now post the contents of the logfile back into this thread

Please copy this to Notepad and print it. Make sure to work through the fixes in the exact order it is mentioned below. If there's anything that you don't understand, ask your question(s) before proceeding with the fixes.
You should not have any open windows when you are following the procedures below.

Turn off system restore by right clicking on My Computer and go to Properties->System Restore and check the box for Turn off System Restore. Click Apply and then OK. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.)
Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:

O2 - BHO: DownloadRedirect Class - {00000000-6CB0-410C-8C3D-8FA8D2011D0A} - C:\Program Files\iMesh\iMesh5\iMeshBHO.dll

O3 - Toolbar: iMeshBar - {5345A7A9-805A-4923-B505-86B2FEBA3FE0} - C:\Program Files\iMeshBar\bar\1.bin\IMESHBAR.DLL
(If below Domain does not belong to your ISP, or your firms network, this entrie should be fixed.)
O17 - HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{CC725F7D-25C1-469A-978B-E5E6424E0036}: NameServer = 206.141.192.60,206.141.193.55
O23 - Service: X10 Device Network Service (x10nets) - Unknown owner - C:\PROGRA~1\ATIMUL~1\RemCtrl\x10nets.exe (file missing

Uninstall the following via the Add/Remove Panel (Start->(Settings)->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs) if they exist:
iMesh5

Go to My Computer->Tools/View->Folder Options->View tab and make sure that 'Show hidden files and folders' is enabled. Also make sure that Display the contents of System Folders' is checked. Remember to reset these when done.
Delete the following Files/Folders if they exist:

C:\Program Files\iMesh\iMesh5\iMeshBHO.dll

Now, empty all your TEMP Folders, Temporary Internet Files Folder and then empty your Recycle Bin, reboot and post a new HiJackThis log.

dunno what this is:
HKLM\System\CCS\Services\Tcpip\..\{CC725F7D-25C1-469A-978B-E5E6424E0036}: NameServer = 206.141.192.60,206.141.193.55

but that is waht is causing this stupid stuff to happen, i delete it, browsing goes away, incoming event or hackers w/e stop, i can still connect to like xfire which is a instant messenger, the ads on it dont work, i dunno waht to do, i did the steps, scanned with everything i couldnt delete these 3 files in my temp folder
Perflib_Perfdata_764.dat
Perflib_Perfdata_194.dat
IadHide4.dll
i rebooted in safe mode, and went to delete them but the perflib ones were gone i deleted the iadhide4, there were other perflib files that i could delete, i opened one and it was weird not like encrypted but stuff i think looked like javascript i saw like the word .net and remote access, i dunno what they are im just trying to stop this cuz i dont want to reformat

Are you on dialup?

That looks an awful lot like someone had a P2P app serving files, they dropped, you connected, and they're making retry attempts.

The timing is all wrong for a "hack attempt."

Of course, it's also possible that your box *was* hacked and was functioning as a bright shiny WAR3Z! server when you rebooted it, and they're just trying to reconnect to continue downloading porn from your machine.

fdisk'll clear that right up.

they arent really that reliable, but im not using any p2p, i dont have porn on my computer, could this ip not be some hacker and actually my isp or something i cant sleep knowing my internet sucks because a computer is trying to connect to it

Have you upgraded Firefox to 1.5? If not I would suggest doing that, because there are vulnerabilities with the older versions of Firefox.

Also, you could try doing an online scan with Housecall which can be found at the top left of this page, or you can do an online scan with Panda until someone checks your log. I personally use Panda for my online scans, but you have to go back to IE for a bit in order to do it.
