I think i have narrowed it down. When i set my security tab (in internet options) to HIGH, I can view the page. But when it set down to medium, I cant view it. My guess was ActiveX. I ran a Pc Doctor program, and it said i had about 256 errors in ActiveX. So, how would i go about fixing this?

I would download and install all the Microsoft updates first.
Then we can work through any ActiveX files that didn't get updated.

and you may find the answer in one of the threads. Sounds like a lot of the "posters" have the same problem and there are some very viable solutions.

Thank you for the link. I took some of their advice and i got somewhere. Now, it actually shows whick files i need to download. But when i click on the INSTALL button, the terms of agrrement come pop up. I can: Accpt, Not Accept or Print. I press ACCEPT and nothing happens. I tried this will all the buttons, but nothing happnes. Why is this happening?

Read that link...It posts just that problem and lists some alternative solutions. One is a download site other than MS. (Similar to what Gecko suggested.)
