Aim is being stupid and is sucking up all my cpu usage for some reason. It's making my computer run slowly. And now all of a sudden I am getting few pop-ups and I havn't had pop ups in a long time. Your help would be great. Thank you.

Please copy this to Notepad and print it. Make sure to work through the fixes in the exact order it is mentioned below. If there's anything that you don't understand, ask your question(s) before proceeding with the fixes.
You should not have any open windows when you are following the procedures below.
Press Ctrl/Alt/Del and "End Task" or "End Process" on each of the following:
(They may or may not be there)
zkwc7.exe
Turn off system restore by right clicking on My Computer and go to Properties->System Restore and check the box for Turn off System Restore. Click Apply and then OK. (Turn it back on after this is repaired and you've rebooted.)
Close all other open Windows and have HiJackThis Fix:
O2 - BHO: (no name) - {7A1693A1-AFAF-4F1E-9B05-EEC38A85FBF3} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\16tun1v.dll

Delete the following Files/Folders if they exist:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\16tun1v.dll
C:\WINDOWS\System32\zkwc7.exe
Now, empty all your TEMP Folders, Temporary Internet Files Folder and then empty your Recycle Bin, reboot and post a new HiJackThis log.

Get rid of the yahoo toolbars and anything else in the Add Remove list that has yahoo in it. Yahoo has some real lousy toolbars and helpers (not to mention all of the popups)!
If you need a tool bar use Google and select the crippled version not the full.
Most toolbars and what ever other "free web enhancement," is going to phone home and give you popups or worse. You have to say ok to these, at that point, they are no longer considered spyware.
