check my ftp request

Hi

I have got someone to check if my bulletproof ftp is working, but they get no pop up box to login, which I dont understand. I do get the box and can login but I am on the server machine. Can someone please just go here and see if the login box appears?

If not I dont understand why this would happen. I followed the bulletproof/linksys information on thisvery site.
