Any time i try to logon to my Hotmail or Yahoo! email accounts, it says: "Page cannot be displayed." It gives some BASIC instructions (SCC #.# etc.. Under Advanced, in internet options) Ive tried everything i know. What is wrong?

You're going to have to tell us what the error message ("Basic Instructions") is exactly so we can help. Guessing what the problem is won't help you. Maybe the server is down.

Ok... This is what happens. Hotmail.com just doesnt load. Ive tried refreshing and everything i know. next, with Yahoo! i type in my login name and pass, and it brings me to a page cannot be displayed. It says, try: Refreshing, Detect Settings, or go to the advanced tab under internet options, and go to SECURITY, and click the SSL and TLS buttons. I did that and nothing works. Those were the BASIC INSTRUCTIONS.

Do you have cookies enabled?
Do you have java enabled?
Have you tried using the “Default Level” button in the security tab?
Have you tried using the “Restore Defaults” button in the advanced tab?
Are you using a pop-up blocker?

I think it has do with re-directing. I CANNOT be redirected to a different site. Any time i go to a site and it redirects me, the page just doesnt load. How do i make it so i can be redirected?

No pop-up blockers,
I tried with java and without...

Have you tried repairing Internet Explorer?
From the control panel > Add/Remove Programs > Select Microsoft Internet Explorer.
Now click the Add/Remove button > in the popup window select the Repair Internet Explorer option and click OK.
