USB Memory

I have an old PIII with w98 installed on it, I just got a new Dell and recieved a USB memory stick with it. My problem is that w98 does not want to recognize that removable media like XP or 2000 does so simply. Is there a switch I need to set or some drivers to update ? I have win98-SE installed and all windows critical updates recently installed

For older versions of windows you will need a driver - if the device didn't come with one, I'd ask dell for it :)
