Somert getting on my nerves

Hi all,

I'm sure this is pretty simple but I can't seem to see where to deal with it. When I start up XP my broadband software keeps opening up two different windows for me to log on, I only need one but I can't locate where the file that is executing the unwanted job is, I've looked in the usual startup places, where else do these sort of files get put ?
