Illustrator Text View Problem

It sounds like you need to increase the size of the font.
Highlight the text you have then select “Type" from the menu
Now select “Size” and choose a larger font pt.

The other thing you might check is the size of your document.
Select “File” and then select “Document Setup” if your document
is too large then that is why your font looks so small.
