Sorry another question. Bad graphics card?

Sorry for asking all of these questions but I have another one, that I forgot to ask earlier.

Is my graphic Card going bad? or is something more sinister happening?

I can run my computer for as long as I want, doing anything like going on internet, watching movies, Playing games in my WEB browser. and nothing happens

but when I load up some of my games. World Of Warcraft, Final Fantasy XI, Doom3, Half-Life 2, Civilization 3, or any other of my games, my computer will sometimes be able to play the game for an hour or two w/o locking up. And sometimes it lockes up right when I load up the game.
