shutdown menu when coming back from screen saver

when my screen saver is running, and i move my mouse to get on my computer, the screen saver goes off and the box pops up asking me if i want to go in standby, shut down, or restart.

Check out your power options.

your disk drive and monitor should be set to never, standby set to never and hibernate disabled.

If you know what each setting does and this unit is a laptop, you might move the time out a bit instead of selecting never.

I'm guessing that your disk drive is powering down. I could be wrong
