pst backup dosent prompt.

Ran into a problem where outlook personal backup isnt prompting to save a backup. The backup has been told ot run every day and doesnt do so also if you go to file ....backup... save backup no error comes up saying that outlook must be closed in order to save backup. Any ideas?

This is what is currently working for the user...


Even though outlook is not giving any type of prompt error when trying to run the backup utility while inside outlook if you click save backup then exit using the X in the top right corner (The incorrect way of logging off a mail server) (note: the correct way is to go to File > Exit and Log Off) Upon exiting it saves the backup.
