NFSU 2

Got this game yesterday, good graphics, nice controls, looking promasing.
Only downside i can see coming out of the game is its said something about tuning your car for the typ of race your gonna do, which i seriosuly wont be arsed to do, will take to long and im very impatient.

The game so far is very good, i diddnt play it much yesterday as i was tired and 2day ive been at work but im gonna play it more tomoro. Maby on the bigger tv in the house n play it good n long. I did like the old game although i played it alot and it diddnt take long to complete. Got bloody hard near the end but i did it.

This one is looking like you can costamise pretty much anything. Also they have changed the game so you dont just choose the race you have to drive to the race you want, which i think is quiet a good lil thing they have added.
I have a 106 and its pretty cool.
Any one else got this game and played it more?
I have it on my ps2 not the pc, so id be intrested in hering about both of them.

I've only heard about the PC version and I heard its good. I used to get into all the NFS games, but my analog joystick doesnt function any more and I cant go get a new one. So racing games are out for me. :)

yep./. been playing this on the PC for a while now.. using an xbox controller through a cheap adapter (wake up dave.. and get with the program :))

Have just managed to unlock the EVO VIII at long last.. as the RX-7 that has been available for ages.. just didn't cut it..

although the driving to each race is a good addition.. it can get very boring after a while.. especially when you sometimes have to drive from one side of the city to the other.. and then back again.. just to do the races you want to do...

but at 1024x768 with full detail.. runs like a dream on my laptop.. all the guys at work are hooked on it.. and I'm hoping to have everything unlocked by the new year :)

No NFS game will ever top Hot Persuit :)

You can customize a lot, but there's only so much you can do. I would like to see much more customization.

Here's a bunch of screenshots from the XBox version

I'm a devoted PS2 fan myself, and the graphics look just as sharp.
