What video card are you using?

1. Right-click the mouse on the desktop.
2. Click on 'Properties'
3. Select the 'Settings' tab
4. Click on the 'Advanced' button
5. Select the section for managing the video outputs (possibly labelled 'Monitor').

Well if you Right-click the mouse on the desktop, you should be able manage the video outputs from within there.

Do you not have a ATI icon in the TASKBAR by the clock?

There should be...just Double Click it to bring up the Video Options for that card. The settings to Switch screens is in there.

Your Video card I think is Intergrated in the MOBO.
Somewhere in your DISPLAY settings you should be able to find settings simular to these:

Display Mode>>Device Settings>>Select TV format>>signal format
Select your TV signal format to correct it...

Is there not something called ATI Advanced Properties?
Switch between Composite and S-Video in the TV Output settings, see if that works.

Also under Troubleshoot on the ATI Displays tab,
is there a button to "force detection" of the TV?

What do you mean by 'it's only in color.' Isn't this the correct behaviour, to have the image in colour?
