Well we know you don't have a seperate Graphic Card.
Your S3 Display Adapter is Intergrated on the Motherboard.
Have gone to to look for any Updates for PC?

Cactus, doesn't DirectX 9.0 get updated when you use the ? If it does which I think it does it should of installed with his updates.

n82 have you taken a visit there lately? If you haven't plz do but I wouldn't suggest installing SP2 just yet. You can chose not to install that.

I'm just checking for updates now, I had the sp2 but i had to uninstall it. I went to hp support centre but hadn't a clue what i was looking for, so I went to the EA games help & support and submitted a question, I'll let u know what they say when they get back to me.

You can Disable the Intergrated Graphics and purchase a seperate Video card with more Memory.
If you have AGP slot that would be the type of video card you would purchase,if not then a PCI Video Card.

To add to that you should add more system RAM along with a compatible video adapter.
