Turn off your Memory Scan in Panda. It really shouldn't take that long. Sure you don't have another Scan configured?

I'm not too sure what you're trying to achieve with a defragmenter - I don't think that will help your problem. Have you tried uninstalling & reinstalling the logitech software?
