Housecall - what and where is it, please?

Been reading through a few of the posts and will soon be send a log of my own as I have a problem with services.exe consuming all spare cpu power!

Anyway, there was reference to something called Housecall......can someone enlighten me as to what this is and where I might get a copy, please?
