sorry.. I didn't read your original post properly.. you have a celeron 2.2 Ghz Pc.. I would guess that your 128MB Radeon IS in fact an AGP card..

but it's less likely that you have a via chipset..

do you know what motherboard is in your system?

sorry.. I could be wrong.. but I don't know of ANY celeron motherboard that has a 128MB radeon 9200 integrated into it..

when you connect your monitor to your PC, is it connected near the printer port? or is it connected to one of the slots further down.

the reason it may have just stopped working recently is because one of your driver files could have become corrupted.

so re-install all motherboard patches, Video drivers and DirectX 9.0b.

Try this, don't know if this is available with the 9200,might be the 9800 or higher but look and see.

Disable VPU Recovery
1) Right-click on the desktop and select properties.
2) Click Settings, then Advanced.
3) Click the SMARTGART tab.
4) Ensure VPU recovery is disabled.
5) Click Apply, then OK.

*EDIT
You could also try and disable Fast Writes

Download the new CATALYST Windows XP 4.8 - Driver
(I'm assuming you are running XP---if it another OS please post that info.)

From
Scroll down the page and choose the link that applies to you.

If it's a zip file, open to a Temp folder or create one on your Desktop and install them there, you can delete the folder when your done.
When you re-boot your PC ,point to that folder for the Drivers after it's detected..
Did you update to DirectX9...

**EDIT**
Do you have WinXP SP1 installed.
If not please click the Windows Update link at the bottom of this post in my sig.
