Hotfixes are windows updates, there listed in add/remove because sometimes certain updates conflict with other software and cause problems. When this happens you can uninstall the guilty "hotfix".This doesnt happen often but it happens none the less.

I couldnt open your pic..

I'm having trouble understanding how it can be "annoying".......it's best to have these "Hotfixes"
I'd be more concerned if they were not in there

In Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel, a list of installed applications is displayed for the purpose of easy removal. Unfortunately, but there is no obvious method for removing these entries (either to prevent accidental removal, or if the application was removed some other way) without uninstalling the programs.

All the entries seen there are in the registry - local_machine\software\microsoft\windows\current_version. You can delete them from there, however why you would want to is beyond me!!

Yes thats all i needed to know was the REG entries...

**geek and liljim** the Hotfixes are all fine and ive had those SP1 settings now for at least a year and no problems

Just that when i want to uninstall a program or something the list is extremely long and I just didn't like to ya know skip from the P past all the W hotfixes to the Z's for example

and Sorry if the uhh picture didn't turn out :(
