Burner software

Postby Joe_90 » Sun Jul 11, 2004 12:16 pm

I have a Mirai CD burner that came with a second hand PC but I don't have the software to use it with. I've been looking on the net but can only see sites selling the burner, can anybody point me to a site where I can get the software, ( free would be nice ! )

Thanks.

Well if its the same one in this link it looks like it came with Nero. If it came with the computer why isnt the software loaded on it?

OK, thanks.

I got the PC originally for doing experimental stuff so I wasn't particularly bothered whether it burned or not, I've got a better PC for burning but the software for that doesn't work on the Mirai. Somebody else in the family uses the old PC now and I thought I'd try and get it working.

No worries - it's less the illegality (although we can't condone that) and more the fact that I suspect downloads from that site may be trojan/virus/spyware related, given that every link points to the same file :)
