Sisoft sandra (http://www.sisoftware.net/) may help you identify your motherboard and/or graphics chipset. Then you can go to the manufacturers website & get the correct driver. Unless you have a drivers cd that came with it?

You may have to open up your case.

Look for a larger chip inside with any of the common graphics manufacturers on it. It should be near the location on your motherboard where you plug your monitor into on the back. They usually keep those chips close to their outputs. Write down everything on that chip, and then hit the internet for your driver. If it is a big house built pc (dell, hp, compaq), then just go to their site, plug in your serial or model number, and they will give you drivers.

i.e.
Cirrus Logic
S3
Matrox
Nvidia
ATI
