So far theres been no word of a PC version but, like Venney says, they got there eventually with Liberty City, Vice City and San An. I expect a PC version to be out roughly a year after the PS3 and 360 versions are out, since that was the gap between PS2 and PC release for the previously mentioned.

I just bought my copy for the ps3
I don’t own a ps3, but i will do for when its out.
I bought it from amazon.co.uk, its the cheapest place to buy the game, I went for free delivery, as I wont even be home when its released, so buy the time I am home, it should be here. So all I will have to do is nip down to a shop, and get one

Argos has them for £260 + the 35 pounds I bought gta4 for, bargain!

Unless of course somewhere does a bundle that ends up cheaper than that

I have a feeling I'll be waiting for the PC release.
There's no way I'm getting a 360 and after trying out a PS3 I wasn't impressed as I thought I'd be.
I also don't really want to fork out for a HDTV and since SD looks so bad I don't want to play the game that way.

The really bad news is I'll want to avoid the game until I can play it so the solution to puzzles and the story aren't spoiled. Doesn't sound easy, does it.

no its horrible i agree! it comes out on the 29th as im sure you know, and i wont be able to play it until 3rd or 10th of may depending on when i come back. So i don’t really want to talk to anyone else who has it until then. Ill probably buy the ps3 from Argos in Southampton, as eastleigh is a pain for parking! hopefully both my exams are both in the first week so i can come home as soon as possible lol!

How come you dont want it for the 360? If i already owned a 360 i wouldnt bother getting a ps3, but the 360 just never appealed to me, but as you already have one at home...! Id rather get a 360 than wait for the pc version lol! Ive got loads of birthday money already, so i can actually aford one i think. I recon ill buy all the hd cables and that whilst i have money too.

That 360 would belong to my brother
Since neither of us live at home anymore, the chances of me playing it have been significantly reduced.
The fact he'll be playing GTA4 non-stop once it's out doesn't help either

Also, having enough money isn't a problem for me. It's being sure I'm getting my money's worth. Since this is the ONLY game I REALLY want this year that's (at the moment) console only, it's not worth spending so much on a console and HDTV.
